Privacy Policy

Who operates this site
This website is operated by Tradient Limited, a private company limited by shares incorporated in Hong Kong on 18 September 2026 under the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622), CR No. 81254642, with its registered office at Office 3906, 39/F, The Center, 99 Queen's Road Central, Hong Kong ("Tradient", "we", "us").
For the purposes of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) ("PDPO"), Tradient is the data user responsible for personal data collected through this website.
Personal data we collect
When you use the contact, quotation, supplier or partnership forms, we collect what you enter, typically your name, company, position, email address, phone number, country and the content of your enquiry, plus any attachments you add to the email the form prepares.
This website uses no analytics or tracking tools. As with any website, our hosting provider processes technical data such as IP addresses and browser details in order to deliver pages and keep the service secure.
Why we collect it
We use your personal data to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotations, assess suppliers and partners, keep a record of our correspondence and meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
Providing personal data is voluntary. Without contact details, however, we are unable to respond to you.
Transfers outside Hong Kong
Because we trade across borders, some recipients may be located outside Hong Kong, including in mainland China and in the country you are writing from. Where that happens we take reasonable steps to keep the data protected to a standard comparable with the PDPO.
How long we keep it
Personal data is kept only for as long as the purpose it was collected for requires, including any related legal, accounting or reporting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Security
We maintain appropriate safeguards, both technical and organisational, against unauthorised or accidental access, processing, erasure, loss or use. Even so, data sent over the internet can never be guaranteed fully secure.
Access and correction
Under the PDPO you may ask whether we hold personal data about you, request a copy of it and ask us to correct anything that is inaccurate. Send your request to the email address on the Contact page, headed "Personal Data Request".
We will respond within 40 days. A fee that is not excessive may be charged for supplying a copy of the data.
Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies.
